Sprint CEO Insists Company Will Compete Fiercely on Price → Sprint screwed me

I been a sprint customer for years , I recently got switched to there Framliy plan and sold a insurance for $11.00 per month that clearly says New York only I am in California. Well my phone fell of its holder onto a freeway of traffic. I was told to pay the remaining due on the phone.. no insurance.. and this is where the disaster begins..

Had to port out the line yup that right there is a cancelation.. but I had no other choice. I still got a tablet on the account but they want the phone up front... I am willing to pay the phone but not right away.. double check your insurance plan before you walk out of the store!!
