[B-Day] Happy Birthday "Herc".Happy Birthday to a great ol' airplane! Just happens to be my favorite, for getting me there & back, too many times to count! Still in service, which is something I can't say for myself.  I've put my share of hours in 'em though! Over 10,000 almost uneventful hours. Not too bad!  Happy #60 C-130 Hercules! |

I saw one on static display at an air show a few years ago at Little Rock AFB. It's skin was wrinkled all along the fuselage. Of course if I were that old, I guess my skin would be all wrinkled too! |
