D-Link → [Help Me] Dlink DWL-7200AP

Hi,

Got a question about the power adapter that comes with it... Do I need to use the 48v 0.4A??? I don't use POE nor need or want to. can I use the older 5v Dlink power adapter with this unit?

I recommend using the adapter that came with the unit. Even though you might not use PoE, the unit will only draw what it needs. Using a different adapter could damage it or cause bad operation of the unit. Use the one that came with it to be safe.
