Its something for anyone effected to consider in the interim. I considered doing that, but my wife uses live TV on some SDV channels during the day. |

Well, I figured that - what I mean is, are you looking at specific models/versions that have the issue vs. others that do not. Since I'm not home yet I'm trying to understand if I might be looking at having to get new equipment or if you are able to "fix" the issue remotely once you have my MACs. And is my cable modem MAC a potential factor as well? |

They need to remotely look at specific equipment that is experiencing the problem and your posting your MAC address(es) allows him to view your pertinent account info and your particular equipment status, signal level and various other things necessary to fix the issue. |

Okay we continue to work the problem....some of you may actually self resolve over some time provided you do not reboot the TA's...just leave them be....the others rest assured we are working on it...I have several of you that I am working directly with at this moment.

Seeing reports on the TiVoCommunity forum about this issue where people calling TiVo Support are being told not to expect it to be resolved until Monday.
EDIT: Out of curiosity (and I was bored tonight) I decided to call TiVo support to see what they had to say about the issue. I was told by TiVo support that they have gotten a total of 24 calls (including mine) on this issue. I was also told that Brighthouse pushed a CableCard update out early on Thursday that corrupted (his word not mine) all the CableCards in the Florida region.
I had earlier called Brighthouse support on the same topic since it's been nearly 2 days from my initial report of the problem. All I got was they know about the issue but have no timeline on when it will be resolved. |

I just wanted to add that I am in Oviedo and have a Ceton Pcie tuner, Cisco TA, and running WM7..... I have not rebooted the TA and can provide more details if needed.... I too have channels off by one..... |

Hi, Just wanted to add my channel one off problem to the list of people. I tried a guided reset of the channels before I came here. Glad (in a way) it is not just me. Even more glad they are working on it. Both Bedroom and living room premiers are doing it. I will monitor thread. |
