My ping and connectivity has been shit and i'm pretty sure I have this to blame. After 8 hours..yeah. Nothing is helping.
I've connected directly to the NID and I have received the same exact quality....errors accumulating rapidly and poor pings and connectivity.
I say im "unsure how to proceed", because the last time I called about this I was told "your line is unstable and there will be a tech out tommorow."
The tech came, had no idea what FEC/CRC errors were, said his meter didn't report them, and told me to ignore them.
How do i get someone to actually address and fix this?
