W.O.W. → Increase speeds in mid-Michigan?

Does WOW intend to offer its customers in mid-Michigan speeds over 15mps? 15mps doesn't cut it for me anymore, I need more.

I had a series of problems after service was installed last year. During their last visit, one of the guys said the problems were due to the 'physical upgrades' in the area and that we would have at least the 50mbps tier by summer.

So far the only things upgraded are latency and price.

While I didn't have much problems with wow, 15mbs is too slow by today's standards.
I will wait a couple of months and see, otherwise, I may switch to another provider.
