[DSL] Changing packages on DSL in the middle of the month...

Basically, how does this affect usage?

On July 8th/9th (can't remember exactly) I switched from the 75gb package to the 300gb package for DSL as my parents have found the awesomeness that is Netflix and their usage that went from mere gigabytes a month shot up quite a bit.

Which is fine, they're aware of the changes and the increase in costs.

I'm wondering how the billing is going to be affected because it seems as though while the package changed, the billing did not....so am I going to see a big overage
for this upcoming month?

I only ask because it looks like it but TSI for some reason seems to say "You owe $xx.yy now", but I never see an invoice for how I'm being billed.

So, basically just wondering how to get this resolved, or to get an explanation
as to how the billing works would be greatly appreciated.
