[Connectivity] constant disconnect

Hi,

i am having issues with consistent disconnect, every 10 minutes the modem will reset and disconnect from the internet. i spoke with comcast support and they were helpless, the first one said they would need to send a tech out and the second one said there was nothing wrong. the issue is intermittent and while sometimes it can go 30 minutes without a disconnect sometimes it can be every 5 minutes. I have a Motorola SB6141 modem hooked up to a linksys router, both have been in place for over a year without any problems, i have tried restarting both and while sometimes it helps and i get a signal for 30 minutes it doesn't make the problem go away. any help would be great

Your downstream signal, and the resulting SNR are far too low to reliably connect.
You need a tech out and SHOW them several of these screenshots. It may be a connector, bad drop, other component or something upstream from you.
