Suggestion for the voice prompt systemI called the tech support number when yesterday's outage happened.
After entering my cid and picking dsl, I got the announcement about the outage that **may** affect users in Ontario and Quebec. That **may** should not have been there since it left me wondering -- until I checked this forum -- whether I might have a different problem. Then I knew that everyone was affected.
Aside from that little detail, the way Teksavvy handled the outage was beyond excellent with regard to communicating with their users. |
