Bright House Networks - Legacy → Football Games look Bad

Watching the games today and all all three channels loom bad, as do many other channels. Picture is grainy and pixelated. Given that I live in a high rise with 120 units could we be having general signal strength issues? How can we get the signal checked?

Just to add the tennis on cbs looks poor also.

You're all digital so it no longer matters....you either get it or you don't...no such thing as grainy, snow or otherwise. It's probably just the feeds we were given.
