VOIP cancelation - no response on emailsHello. I've renewed the contract for Internet access for 1 more year. But I forgot to cancel the Home Phone service, as it was free for the first year. I really don't use this phone and was badly surprised to see, that I was automatically charged $137 for a next year for Home Phone service. I sent a request for cancellation to billing@acanac.com. I've got an automatic reply, where I was asked to explain the reason for cancellation, despite that I've already did it in my first request. My ticket ID: USV-69030 Since 30 August I sent few emails to billing, accounting, then complaints - no response. I hope to get the money back, but so far I feel like I'm completely ignored! |

It's noted in your account and auto renew has been turned off. The ticket will go to the billing dept. in queue. Please do not reply to the ticket over and over again, it pushes your ticket further back in the queue.
