[Connection] HDHomeRun Prime CableCard Issues - Resolved

A few days ago I stopped being able to tune any channels with my HDHomeRun Prime. I purchased a new modem last week, called in to activate it, and since then nothing from the HDHR.

Trying to tune channels the HDHR log would show the channel as Subscribed followed a couple seconds later by Not-Subscribed.

Comcast support asked me to rescan for channels and the HDHR only found channel 1999 (EAS).

Restarts now give me the following:

I have no way of knowing for sure that it's NOT the HDHR, but the timing with the call to activate the modem (Comcast seems to break something on my account every time that I call them...) and the fact that the HDHR seems to do everything that I ask of it points me to the CC.

Anyone run into something similar to this? Hate to have the tech have to come out, and associated fees, if it can be avoided.

edit: Comcast just called and said that they made some changes on their end and voila, everything back to normal. Woohoo for a good experience.
