I have mediacom and I am having my modem drop out intermittently. It reboots and then works but it is saying it is caused by a t4 timeout. I have motorla sb 6121 with the following firmware.
Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.13-SCM00-NOSH
Firmware Build Time: May 6 2013 17:53:59
The modem is connected to a splitter which is then connected to the wall. The modem then runs to a router. I have ruled out the router and the cables/splitter as the issue since it occurs even after changing them.
Here is the signal data.

This is the speed test when it is working.
I tried to do the line test but it won't become pingable even after following the instructions to make that work.
