Perhaps siljaline , its no big deal just a bit off topic in my book. A comment regarding IE12 possibly having better extension support just does not directly correlate to security, particularly given the lack of any real substance in the article. |

I don't think that is what OZO meant. He means, I think, is the USA finally going to be treated like Europeans where IE is NOT an integral part of the OS that cannot be uninstalled. I would be interested if IE 12 will be a STAND ALONE browser...otherwise, ho, hum...nothing can be new really until Microsoft uncouples it from the OS. THAT would be great news for the USA where our legal and congressional system were too scared of Microsoft to enforce the ruling against Microsoft. It took braver souls in Europe to do it. |
