Mozilla Software → [Pale Moon] Lost "allow for session" cookie exceptions

This seems to have occurred in the past and I've never really noticed what it was. Thought either my profile was trashed and did a profile restore. However, yesterday I did notice that all of my "allow for session" cookie exceptions were deleted - and not by me that I know of. Funny thing is that all of the "Block" cookie exceptions remained untouched. Any ideas of how this could happened?
