Astound → [TiVo] Premiere can't connect to TiVo Service

When I go to the Network connection page, it says the last attempt failed. Reason: Connection Interrupted. My internet connection seems to be working fine. Is this a wider problem, or possibly something on my network? The box (Premiere Q) is hard-wired to my router.

Preview box will also not connect. I'm seeing error C11 on that one.

Premiere's giving me error N15 (The TiVo Service did not give your account status.)
