Looks like your not part of the issue that this thread is talking about. You appear to be on rCable, not cCable and may want to look at troubleshooting/ opening a ticket in the direct.

It's exhausting because friends on Cogeco in the Blenheim and Windsor areas have zero problems but since I'm not about to sign up with a Cogeco contract + hidden fees, I have to suffer with this mess every 3 months.
