How was the transition to sCable for others?Yesterday a Shaw tech came by and disconnected the cable to our house, after about 3 weeks of subscribing to TekSavvy. My wife saw him working at the cable box at the street, but he was gone when she noticed the internet was down. I've submitted a support ticket for this, so now I just wait.
Has this happened to many others in Shaw land? I've found a thread from earlier this year where someone posted about it. I am curious about a couple things though.
1) This was set up as a transfer from Shaw on my end of service date. Does it show up on Shaw's end as a transfer?
2) Does TekSavvy pay for Shaw service calls? It would be pretty ridiculous for them to pay Shaw to fix their own mistake. |
