bad service and no email working

just did some testing to send to my isp email here at teksavvy , not showing...

also everytime i need ot use service it dies just at the right time like after a 1 hr queue waiting to play archeage it dies

and last i checked 1 megabit is 125 kilobytes /sec

15 megabit should be close to 1875 kilobytes/sec

that i get less then ten megabit or 1 megabyte /sec and have to pay for 15 megabit is a joke and insulting....
not to mention 15000 bytes /sec is NOT 15 megabit

go on phone bell or teksavvy and ask...get the excuses of

well line degradation or some technobabble that would make star trek happy...

they been playing with my line now somewhere out there and the up and down is driving me nuts

so you lied ..i can't get 15 megabit ....ok now lets move past this too giving me true 10 megabit and ill pay for that ( 1250 kilobytes/sec )

email is real weird takes a full day to get all my messages ...so whose copying and reading em first then....

a mail form gmail should not take a day to arrive....
click on my webmail folder and it wont move to that folder....
like what gives here....dont provide this its awful give us the pop3 details so i can drop into thunderbird and be done with it

The pop3 mail settings have been on their support site for ages, try looking there once and ahwile.

Same information below will work for thunderbird

OP does not understand the concept of UP TO Internet packages for every ISP ever, lol. OP agreed to TSI's TOS before ever getting service and then complains. Typical.

This page would be more relevant for Thunderbird.
