CenturyLink → Century Link Internet Stephenville, TX

Hey everyone. I have century link internet at my house, and the internet goes out ALOT. Sometimes, its just every 10 minutes or so, but sometimes its every 3 seconds. Its been doing this for almost 2 months now. We have called many times, and they have replaced out modem already. It still goes out every 3 seconds or so. It's very annoying. I cant get on my computer and others cannot, too at times. Is there anything here that can be fixed?

I had a similar problem, what CL ended up doing was putting my line on a new pair in the feeder cables from the cross-connect box to my home, after first removing bridge taps and doing some other line conditioning.

Before they'll agree to do that, they'll likely want to have you test the line by connecting it to the NID/demarc on the side of your house to eliminate internal wiring as a problem (or as the only problem.)
