Telus Email Settings for AndroidI have a samsung gs5 on bell mobility. I've noticed that I can not delete emails from my telus email account. I'm using the default email application. If I try to delete an email, it appears to work, but when I refresh, it's still there.
I'm using port 143 and 1025 with the various other settings that are described on the Telus website.
Anyone else having this problem? |

Have you logged into Webmail to verify that the email has been deleted? It's either a bug with the phone, or with the email server. |

I was overseas until yesterday. There are no problems with webmail. It's only the phone. I called Telus tech support and they suggested deleting the email account from the phone and recreating it. I did that and it seems to be working properly again. |
