I just got hooked up with the Pace XG1 and 2 mini Tivos. Everything was working great. I left to go to the store and when I come back I am getting about half my HD channels. I talked with the install tech on the phone and he had me re-arrange some of the connections, which is fine with me. but it didn't work I get "Problem with the signal on this channel. Trying again (V53)" or "Searching for a signal on this channel. (V52)" errors. I have rebooted twice and that didn't seem to help either. Anyone have a similar experience? An example of my issue: 802-820 local HD channels do not work 822 Mediacom Connections works. 823 HSN works 825 WGN Does not work 826 Golf works 827 NBC Sports works 828 FOX affiliate does not 829-839 work 840 I don't have (UHD) 841-844 don't work. 845 works and so on..
Contact MediacomChad on this forum; it's the quickest way to solve problems like this one. I had a similar issue with my TiVo box. On site visits from techs did NOT help. Working with Chad did....
