I've been having bad speeds too after 9pm all week. The speedtest is giving me Upload speed errors so I can't finish a speedtest.

The OP's problem isn't related to the existing CCable issue being resolved tonight. the 4th hop indicates they're on RCable.

The $%!^ hits the fan at that 7.x.x.x ip which is on the rogers network side.

It's still worth bypassing your router though because it could be between your router, and that 7.x hop. Part of that chain is, your router. aaand modem. and coax cable, outlet, splitters.

Probably isn't the router but hey, rule out what you can.

Great work there boys... 150Mbps and totally unusable and no proactive monitoring on your behalf.
