Support and MyAccount portals no single sign on?

What hecks going on? I need two accounts for these?

Any plans to implement SSO?

Thank you for your inquiry.

help.teksavvy.com and myaccount.teksavvy.com use two entirely different back-end platforms. There are no plans to implement SSO at this time. Both platforms do in fact support Google login.

No, there were plans to consolidate myworld.teksavvy.com (The old customer portal) and myaccount.teksavvy.com (The new and current customer portal). That transition has already been completed.

You need help? ---> help.teksavvy.com
You need to do stuff with your account? ---> myaccount.teksavvy.com

They're not related due to what they're used for, but they are related due to them both being TSI logins. I agree that SSO would be convenient to use with every login related to TSI (like email, help, and account management), but it decreases security if one login was compromised.
