What MTU is to be used for VDSL 25/5mbps x 2 in MLPPP?I know it used to be an MTU of 1492 for single ADSL and in MLPPP it was 1486 for multiple bonded lines and even lower for ones with VPN. Whats the say on the recommended setting for the new VDSL MLPPP setups? How about if you have a VPN?

MTU in Alberta/BC is still 1472 since Telus doesn't support jumbo packets.
Which means that you would need to use 1472-6=1466 |

The minus 6 packs for the VPN header space? |

Or is it -6 for each additional VDSL line in MLPPP configuration? |

It's -6 no matter how many lines you have.
As for the VPN, it depends what kind of VPN you are talking about here. Normally you shouldn't need to touch it. |

May need to drop your VPN by another 6, but that is specific to your VPN setup, outside Teksavvy |
