[TiVo] T6 - App connectivity

I'm having an issue, when trying to connect/control the TiVo from the iPad app when I'm not at home. Specifically when I'm not in the same WiFi network as the box, I will get an error message of:

"Box Not Responding - Your box is not responding. Press 'OK' to retry the connection."

This is after the app loads and Im viewing the guide data. Occasionally, its followed by another message of:

"TiVo Box Has Lost Connectivity - Your TiVo Box has lost connectivity to the internet. Please check your connections and then press 'Try Again' to retry."

This all started with a slow internet connection that according to corporate has been resolved. So obviously it must be an issue with the TiVo.

Ive tried connecting from another iDevice and get the same results. The TiVo is connected via Ethernet to an Apple Time Capsule, and this functionality worked prior a month ago, prior to the internet issue starting.

Any ideas?

Update, now Im getting this error, even when I am on the network.
