Re: EVE OnlineI haven't joined any corp even looked into chat channels, so that's probably why you haven't seen me.
Are channels universal, so I could talk to people wherever if I joined this DSLR channel? |

Channels are universal, so just join the DSLR channel regardless of what corp you're in. |

Granite and I are the only two in the DSLR channel most of the time. |

SWTOR gave 12x XP until Dec 2... so I am running through all the class quests I haven't done yet. |

Yep. 12x XP so you can go through JUST the class quests and get to 55.
I wish they could have made this just for people who have so many toons already at 55... but they didn't.
Like I said it helped me because I only had one more class to finish off the class story for (Smuggler) so I finally didn't have to wait for a 2x XP weekend. |

I dropped the DSLR channel from my list since Granite and I are the only ones in it about 97% of the time. I am, however, still active in-game so if anyone here needs or wants to talk with me, my name is Jarrit Aldeland. |

My trial ran out, and I have not yet subscribed. Is it possible to buy PLEX (or a month play time) via brick and mortar store (like riot points for LoL, or microsoft points for XBL)? |

Pretty sure you can buy Steam gift cards and use those to buy plex, right? |

um i think so, but some brick and mortars do carry ETC's, but i can't remember off hand if they do in the US or not. |

Or buy Amazon gift cards and buy PLEX off Amazon. |

I see steam has some plex on sale but I don't have eve on steam (so many places cautioned against that). Unfortunately in Canada I can't seem to take advantage of the amazon.com plex sales. |

far as i know, you can just use the key it gives you to apply to eve, but i haven't tried it yet.
using a steam card to get it would be the best way to do it. |

Not that I'm looking to buy plex right now. But sometimes it almost seems like plex when on sale is cheaper than buying game time. If it ever seems like good enough should try buying plex on the amazon site although it says for US customers only and see if it will send me the code anyways. |

plex sales are usually cheaper then game time on average, especially 6pack plex |

Is anyone still playing? The guild I joined has about 8 members now and is industrial focused. They organize mining fleets and provide a POS to do stuff in both highsec and WH space. We also have a small POS in a system similar to DuAnnes that we seem to all enjoy mining in to reduce hauling time for members. There is also an ore purchasing program that saves you from having to haul the ore to the most profitable place to sell and the ore goes into making ships for the mining ship replacement program and for profit for the guild. Everyone is friendly and there's no commitment really beyond don't be a jerk. (I recall someone told me they were concerned about joining because work takes them away from the game for months at a time. Just let us know if that's the case so we don't get worried about your well-being). The corp itself isn't PvP focused but there are PvP events the overall alliance runs.
If interested PM here or in game for more details.
(PS I realized I haven't been in the DSLR channel since I got my new computer in December. Too bad the game doesn't pull configs accross computers). |

Sadly for EVE, Elite Dangerous fills this niche and is much more seat-of-your-pants flying, so I let both my EVE accounts lapse. |

Still playing. Got into a WH corp about 2 months ago and we've been doing some fun stuff. We just evicted some shitters from a C3 hole. Wound up with about 5b in profit...would've been more but they starting self-destructing ships (cap ships even) when we had the entire chain locked down for 2 days. |
