[Equipment] Verizon Network Extender GPS antenna over COAX

Hello,

I'm looking to put my Verizon Network Extender in my basement, only problem is that the GPS doesn't work downstairs. I have a lot of COAX run thru the house and i'm looking for an adapter that I can plug the GPS antenna into the COAX and use the COAX as an extender.

I know that the actual GPS cable is mini coax, but i don't know the type of connectors they are using.

Anyone know?

You will have to do a visual search. I cannot find any detailed specifications for the connectors.

GPS signals will attenuate rapidly. For long runs we have to use LMR-400. RG-6 won't do.

Also, your extender will provide better coverage the higher it is.

Gpsgeek may have what you are looking for. I do not mean to endorse them, but rather point you in the direction of adapters. »www.gpsgeek.com/products ··· c-female
