As do TELUS, Level3, and several others...

Remember, TELUS is the ILEC in about 1/2 of Quebec, from the QuebecTel acquisition in the early 2000's - that's where the FTTH build is going on; Rimouski, northern and Eastern Quebec... Not in Montreal, where Bell is the ILEC...

TELUS and Bell looked at a merger a few (5ish?) years ago - the CRTC and Industry Canada both looked down at the move...
