Re: INFO: The Looooong Reset I have been through this about a month ago. I was trying to flash back to 1.40 from 1.42. I went through many different versions looking for what was best for me. Anyway to make a long story, short I was having many PPPoE password problems. So I was reseting the modem completely after each flash.
What I found was that if the router wasn't reset "long enough" my passwords wouldn't reset. Basically I ignored the lights and held the thing down for about 30 seconds. That always seemed to work. |
