Since my parents aren't very technology literate, I handle most of it for them. I wish they would just cut the cord on cable like I have, but they wouldn't know how to nor do I have the patience to teach them how else to watch TV. |

Most of these were setup with the wrong promotion since the Enhanced DVRs weren't available. See if that helps. If a tech says you need to rewire your whole house, I really doubt it. I have RG-59 cable running into the EH-DVR and it still works, even though its not recommended, it still works. |

I found out that you can swap it out at the store. You tell that person that you're a customer and your history with TWC. You have to do that because that box is reserved to TWC customers |

I have everything high end except for internet. I have Ultimate 200 former extreme internet. I pretty much pay $100 extra for another standard DVR and upgrade to ultimate 300. I can do that with my regular package for $30 more without Signature Home support. |
