High Latency - Slow Speeds During Peak Times (Sanger, TX)

Hello,

My connection getting a bit wonky on weeknights after 6pm or so and on weekends. Its nothing on my end, I have hooked one computer to my modem and tried several different games. I pay for the best package suddenlink offers and I pay $100 extra per month for my usage. Looks like time to upgrade the network in my neighborhood again.

I go through this every year with suddenlink. The cycle is typically "Oh its your fault you use too much bandwidth, clearly you are causing the lag by eating up all your bandwidth". Then I get kicked to next level support through my whining and I get the "oops your right, there's a problem". And lastly two or three weeks later it's fixed and everything is back to normal. So, this time, can we skip to step 3?

Thanks
Casey
