this topic has not been brought up in awhile so I recently made and account for another issue. Was wondering if anyone has heard anything at all?

Nope and I hope it never happens, the content needs keep separate from the delivery.

I don't want my bill to go up to help pay for others who watch any tv, be it ESPN or any other content.
