AT&T U-verse → Netgear switch

Can I connect a netgear GS108 switch to my RG and then connect a receiver (not DVR) and other devices to it without screwing up my TV services? Most of the time I wouldn't be watching the TV if I was using the other devices (Apple TV for Netflix, AVR, blu ray player and a PS3. The receiver is wireless so I could reconnect the access point and use the receiver wirelessly if I had to.

I would say yes... reason being this is the gs108 they use for installations already. Since moving to this new position we have Uverse Prem techs here and it seems they carry these units in supply. I now get to see some of the CPE for Uverse out there when I walk by to my desk.
