Charter Spectrum → tv info

for the past 4 days my info has said "to be announced" what the hell is up with that? its a pain in my a## this is why people are going to satellite or cutting their cable off

I've been having problems with my on screen guide for 6 months. Charter techs have been here 3 times, swapped out boxes, and done whatever outside. They have yet to fix the problem. My guide either shows "to be announced" or the guide stops dead after 2 hours of info. Charter claims this is not a signal problem, so what is it?? Everyone else I know with Charter has a guide that shows what's on for up to 2 weeks. Mine won't go past 2 hours! Isn't the onscreen guide part of what I'm being charged for with the box fee? This is so annoying!!

Our guide in Madison, WI years ago was 14 days, then down to 10, earlier this year it went back up to 14 but now it is down to about 10 days again.

Is it Charter or the guide supplier not sending enough information?
