[Connectivity] Nightly service outage weeknights between 1:00am and 6:00amWhy has my HSI been going out for two or three hours every weeknight between 1:00am and 6:00am for the past two weeks? Is this related to the unexplained county wide outage on September 19th? » www.bellinghamherald.com ··· tml?rh=1 |

Speed upgrades should not need any downtime as all they have to do is update the modem config file on the TFTP server and next time you reboot your modem you get the upgrade. |
