Something die? (Areas in Vegas)So for the past 17 days, I was unable to get much or any service from Centurylink(10mbs). Every time I browse or play an online game, in about 1min my connection totally dc, drops, and times out(20mins was the longest I used it for). It's very annoying and can't get work done without it.
The tech team that came to are home was very helpful and nice, but couldn't find out the problem. They replaced my router, checked wires, and they were going to move the router to a different phone line. Anyways I live around UNLV. This problem started on the 30th of November.
I'm guessing there trying to update there stuff for prism or something causing dramatic drops. |

It is 10mb for 40$ a month. 4mb is probably not going to change, but they offered credit for the month and next. The problem is I keep dropping internet connection even after they said they fixed it... |
