Computer Hardware Help → Tv picture blinks when connected to acer aspire v7 with hdmi

Hey guys.
I have a problem. I just bought a acer aspire v7-582pg. When i try to connect it to my samsung led tv with a hdmi caple the picture on my tv blinks all the time.
I've tried to connect another labtop to my tv with the same hdmi caple which works perfect. Which means that the problem must be with some settings om my pc. Any suggestions??

That laptop should have plenty of resources for pushing that video... have you checked Nvidia for updated drivers?

Check the HDMI versions on the laptop and tv to see if there are at different versions. I don't think that should make a difference but you never know. Also check to see if there is an HDMI Version Out selection on the laptop.

just downloaded the latest Nvidia driver. but it seems that it only had something to do with games?

Ive had the same problem. If you adjust the hdmi cable the screen flickers too right? If it does this, its either your cable or the input on your laptop.
