[GA] Non-motorola modem having frequent resets

I have a cisco DPC3008 that is also frequently resetting itself. Signal appears to be bouncing all around.

Should also note that about 2 weeks ago we had some major telephone pole work about 3 blocks upstream from my location, I bet the phone company fubar-ed the cable company's stuff.

I do see that the down stream power between the channels has a high variance. These signals need to be closer together and preferably not lower than -5db. Is there a splitter on this line to the modem?

Powered splitter AFTER the tap (cable to modem is brand new run from tap, 2 years old or so).

If there are not any splitters, extenders or other adapters that would be easily bypassed or replaced to test the signal levels then I would recommend I get a technician out there for you to further troubleshoot this and get it resolved. May I get that setup for you?
