This feels like a mexican standoff.
A Mexican standoff is most precisely a confrontation among three opponents armed with guns. If we consider me as mafia. Both Energy and I have votes on you . So in theory Energy would be my partner right. But we have ProtusMose claiming cop with a role blocker in the game. So that forces the existence of a doctor which I have claimed with no counter claim. |

You could very easily set this up. If you had a mafia roadblock than you know there is either both a cop and a doc. At that point you can have one of you claim cop. If there is one there will be a counter and you die leaving your roadblock behind to attempt to make it through. If no one counters you both have power role claims THAT WON'T BE COUNTERED BECAUSE YOU KNOW THERE ISN'T ACTUALLY POWER ROLES.
The same thing can happen if you are both goons. Claim cop if you get countered the other one tries to survive if not you know there is a doc that will give you protection over night and allow you to kill whoever at night.
I agree there is a townie voting for me currently. And most likely also a mafia. |

I agree. But that makes you the townie voting for the townie and energy the other mafia which plays nicely with us having 2 power roles and everyone telling the truth.
I know I have been loud and obnoxious this game but its because you have to get to this part of the game. Its only luck that you get a mafia early and I believe conversation matters very little in these variations.
I am going to decide to trust the claims.
