Cawthra and Dundas area. It's been like that since the roughly the beginning of September. Connection has been dropping at least 10 times a day for a minimum of 3 mins each time. Really sucks when streaming. Seriously considering going back to Rogers. Never happened with them, just left because of price and package.
Modem is brand new and tested with other people's cable and no problem.
