Free DVD copy software? So what is the most popular DVD copy software around here nowadays? One that does not install Open Candy. I tried imgburn and burnaware free and they bot install OC, but I'm guessing that there must be something good that people in here are using but the poll is very old. |

Ah OK. Great thanks. Wow, right on that page it has links to 1 with OC and 1 without. That's odd; no? Why would anyone download the one with when they can get the one without right under it? |

To give the developer some revenue? Because it's free and always has been vs co. like Burnaware which has paid license versions and their glorylogic $$ licensed software? |

Ah, OK. Right. Never thought of that. I'm sure there are some people that don't care or aren't that concerned and would like to give the author some revenue. I'd rather just make a donation but I get it. Thanks. |

Have you tried DVDDecrypter? It's old, no longer updated but works fine and can copy some protected dvd's. I use it on my Windows 8 Machine with no problem (though I use it to rip to my HD then use vidcoder to convert to video for my media player). As for heavily protected discs, you may need something like Anydvd or the like. You may want to check » www.videohelp.com/ for more software. |
