Ebox → cable problems please help

Randomly within the day i lose access to my connection... from what i noticed my upstream levels jump to 52+ then modem boots. I had this problem even back when i was with teksavvy had about a total of 4 techs c ome check it out, had a new line installed to my home sorted the problem for few months.. now we're here lol..
