[Internet] Billing issuesHas anyone else been getting the run-a-round from Brighthouse about their "new" billing? I have been using Easy Pay since I started the service and after the Sept/Oct changes to the billing section of the web site I have had issues with Payment. In fact, I just got a notice of "overdue" and I'm up-to-date on all my payments. I am assuming there are bigger fish to fry at BHN since there is no "Chat" c/s available today AND the 24-hour customer care line brings up a busy signal.
Any here have thoughts/answers? |
