[CA] Slow Speeds After Moving (Getting 32 Mbps paying for 100 Mbps)

Click for full size
Signal Levels
Modem Model Name: SB6141
Cox Tier Speed: Premiere (100 Mbps) Lake Forest, CA
Attached signal levels.

Just moved to a new home, after sorting out the transfer of service I noticed I was getting low speeds. I'm currently paying for the Premiere service that is noted to support 100 Mbps in this area, but only capping out at 32 Mbps. I've tried speed testing through out the day and it continues to sit at 32 Mbps. Bypassing my Netgear router and doing a speed test directly from the Modem gives me similar results.

Power levels for downstream hover between 1-2 dBmV and SNR sits at 37-38 dB for all the channels. Upstream power level is normally 38 dBmV.

I think my modem is just incorrectly provisioned but I'm not 100%.

Yeah this sounds like you're on the D2 code. You should be able to call and get this taken care of pretty easily, but shoot your modem MAC via PM and I can take a look.
