[Connectivity] Only Bonding 1 Channel in PhillyNormally my Comcast in Northeast Philadelphia HSI bonds 4 channels down and 3 up
Since this weekend I've noticed only 1 channel in each direction. Power levels seem to be OK 6/42 ans connection speed based on speedtest.net seems to be ok. My router/firewall (pfsense) hasn't tracked and significant amounts of packet loss or latency.
Nothing has changed on my end, still using a SB6121, same spliter and wiring. All connections are secure.
Is it worth bringing up to Comcast? My understanding is I could experience speed issues, although I have not. Comcast suppose indicates there are no outages (But there have been?) |

Have you tried doing a factory reset on the SB6121 followed by a power cycle? Sometimes after local maintenance, a modem can get left in a downgraded state, but just a reboot might force it to negotiate bonded channels again. |

Yes, I've tried a few times at this point.
I guess I'll try again a few more times, I know they are still resolving so network issues. |
