On Demand for Premium channels

Guys, I have three of the Quantum boxes and have all the premium movie channels.

On one of the boxes, it won't let me watch any of the On Demand channels movies without subscribing to the service. Is there a way of correcting the problem without calling customer support?

Reboot the box?
or try the builtin support wizards in the Menu

Sounds like a provisioning error. Speak to tech support. They are usually pretty good about handling that stuff.

If the other boxes see it, then there should be no need to call. the Builtin support wizard will get the provisioning info resent.
