I assumed CFL meant Orlando but Just checked mine in S Orlando and no change for me. Was 90/10 and still is. Rebooted modem twice.

I had a tech visit already scheduled today for a static IP. During that work he had to swap the modem and after the swap I'm seeing the above. Looks like it might have been an equipment issue.

All markets (except Southern Systems) - so that means Tampa, CFL, Birmingham, Indy, Detroit and Bakersfield. You do not need to request in direct now....just reboot your modems.
