Start.ca → Troubles

Anyone else in the Niagara area been having problems lately? My internet over the past two weeks, has be up and down a lot. Everything was working great before that. The modem can't seem to stay connected to the network.

Note the emphasis on "Modem Factory Reset", versus simply "Modem Power-cycling".

Also, DO be prepared to remove your router from your setup for testing.

You can post your modem signal levels here, for further "analysis" by the experts.

I checked my modem status, they are jumping around a lot.

Yup, definitely contact Start ... those numbers are not good at all ... there's an unusual spread of downstream signal levels and the upstream is just too hign.
