Updated Flash players again!

»flash.com and »www.adobe.com/products/f ··· on3.html (full installers).

That was unexpected too for a short week for Americans. Also, MS released a bulletin for its Flash updates.

thanks antdude

i heard that some exploit-kits were exploiting the most recently patched vulnerabilities... maybe that led to this new version's being released..

Rarely see references for Linux so here's best approach, on Debian anyway.

From console as root: update-flashplugin-nonfree --install

Direct from Adobe, no other action needed.

Just updated to 11.2.202.418.

Neat! I didn't know that existed. It is from flashplugin-nonfree package. I always did it manually. :/

Sure it does, I haven't updated flash in years. I simply said "enough is enough, <delete>" and haven't looked back. It is slightly annoying needing to remember to `sudo rm -rf /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash` every time I update Chrome however.

We generally all go there as the Adobe link wants to sell us bloatware.
